Each piece of leather has its own unique grains, meaning the dyes are absorbed differently by each and they are applied to give each journal a unique blend of colour and with antiquing applied to give it an aged feel. The journal comes with a refillable lined pad already inside and should fit any A5 refillable pad.

Note: this is a fully handcrafted product so please take into account that each product is a unique item. Despite the fact that we try to make each item as similar to those displayed in the pictures, it is possible that the end product may vary a bit. The leather is a natural material and each hide or piece of a hide will take dye slightly differently. That combined with tiny imperfections in the hide can create a different texture and slightly different colour. However, I feel these details are exactly what make each product so unique and beautiful.
